    微切 口重睑成形术

    [ 攮 要】 目的 探讨 微切 口重 睑术的优缺 点及适 应证 。方 法 自 1 9 9 8年 以来对 3 6例 6 9只眼 睛行微切 口重 睑术 ，每侧 l ～3 个微小切 口， 长 2～3 m n l ， 去除切口下眼轮匝肌及部分睑板前筋膜。结果 所有病例均无明显肿胀 ， 重睑

    牢靠， 外形 自然逼真， 随访 6个月～2 a ， 效果满意。结论 微切 口重睑术创伤小 、 恢复快 ， 重睑自然牢靠 ， 效果佳。
